Why we text you

DemandGain sends text messages on behalf of Dental Practices so you can:

• complete secure intake forms
• confirm or reschedule appointments
• receive day-before reminders

How you consent

• Verbal opt-in: During a call, our agent asks, “May I text you a secure link … ?” and records your “Yes.”
• Web opt-in: By ticking “Text me my link” on an online form.

Message frequency  1–3 texts per appointment.

Fees  Standard msg & data rates apply.

Opt-out / Opt-in keywords

• STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE – we will confirm and cease texts.
• HELP – we’ll reply with contact information.
